We accept returns of all items if you change your mind within 14 Days of your receipt of the items.
Return and Refund Breakdown: If the product(s) have NOT been opened or used, and they are sealed in their original shipping container(s), the order will be refunded in it’s entirety MINUS a 20% restocking fee,
If the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping container(s), however they are still NEW & UN-USED, a 25% re-stocking fee along with the original shipping costs incurred by TheSportsCapital, will be deducted from the refund.
If the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping container(s), and they are USED in any way they can not be returned for a refund. No Exceptions!
If the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping container(s), and they are determined to be un-sellable as brand new items, the order will not be refunded, and products will be returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense.
Product(s) must be returned in their original shipping containers, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Customers must contact us via email through ebay order to receive a Return Authorization Number and return address. If returned products are shipped to any location other than our Returns Department in Kansas, the buyer is responsible for re-routing the package to our location. Please return the product(s) back to TheSportsCapital, insured for their full retail value via a traceable shipping carrier. Please email us the tracking information for your returned package(s) by replying to our Return Authorization email. Failure to email the tracking number may result in significant delays in processing your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will perform a complete inspection in order to determine the appropriate resolution based on the refund schedule detailed above.
If an item is received broken or damaged during shipping please note the damage with the shipper and or refuse the shipment due to damage. It is important that we are notified immediately after you receive it (24 hours or less) to report the shipping damage. Items damaged in shipping will be either refunded or replaced, it will be your choice.
Items that are broken during use or break at any time after they are removed from their new packaging they can not be accepted back for a refund, we can not control how items are treated, any item that becomes defective after use will be handled by the mfg warranty if applicable. We do not offer a warranty or guarantee any warranty claim with any items, all warranty issues are at the discreation of the mfg and their policies.
